ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking a direction as against the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.84 of 2025.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that final report was filed in STC No.593 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. He further submitted that on 05/12/2025, the accused had paid a fine of Rs.2,000/-.
