ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 in Cr.No.94 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, seeking a direction to quash the FIR, wherein he is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 109, 147, 447, 294(B), 427 and 506(i) IPC.

2. According to learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, in this case charge sheet has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram on 05.02.2024 and the same has been taken on file by the concerned Court. However, the defacto complainant has filed a protest petition implicating some other accused persons and the same is pending.
3. In view of the subsequent events, preserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
