ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, a complaint was received as against the petitioner on 24.10.2026 and it was registered in CSR 961 of 2026. He further submitted that they are awaiting for the report from the Revenue officials.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
