ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent to execute the NBW issued by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram on 18.03.2026 in STC No.113 of 2026 arising out of DVOP 53 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that they will execute the NBW cited supra within a period of two weeks.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to execute the NBW cited supra within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
