ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in Cr.No.25 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police, seeking a direction to quash the FIR.
2. According to learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, in this case charge sheet has already been before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai on 01.11.2026.
3. In view of the subsequent events, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to see that the final report is taken on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition stands closed, preserving the right of the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised.
