2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent. This Court carefully perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that HMOP No.161 of 2017, on the file of the I-Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu. itself came to be dismissed on 30.01.2025, and a copy of the order was also placed before this Court. Hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequential, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02-11-2026 KP
