ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in CA.No.189/2024, dismissing the same by confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate dismissing the application filed by the petitioner to reopen the evidence and recall RW.1.

2. It is seen from the typed set of papers, the main Domestic Violence Case in DVA.No.152 of 2020 was disposed of as early as on 09.09.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner also filed an appeal in Crl.A.No.38 of 2025 on the file of Sessions Court, Coimbatore. In view of the disposal of the main Domestic Violence Case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision .
