ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Executing Court in E.A.No.1 of 2025 in E.P.No.92 of 2024 in O.S.No.707 of 1979, dated 28.04.2026 dismissing the obstruction petition filed by the petitioner under Order XXI Rule 97 of the Civil Procedure Code.
2. In view of Order XXI Rule 103 of the Civil Procedure Code, the impugned order is an appealable one. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed as such. The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal before the Regular First Appellate Court. It is made clear

that the petitioner is entitled to exclude the time taken by it in prosecuting the revision before this Court (i.e., the period between 25.05.2025 to the date of receipt of copy of this order), while calculating the limitation for filing the appeal before First Appellate Court. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
