ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself disposed of and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and additionally, he has also made the following endorsement : “Since the original suit itself disposed, the CRP becomes infructuous.”
