ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M. NIRMAL KUMAR J.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 produce the body or person of the detenue namely minor Nanashri (aged 17 years 8 months) D/o. Peramaiyan from the illegal custody of the third respondent and produce her before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the missing person is produced before this Court. The parents of the missing persons was also present before this Court.
3. We enquired the missing person. She expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.
