3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner case has been registered. During investigation it was found that the missing person/daughter of the petitioner was in love with one Ashok Raj for the past six years and he also hails from the same village. Their love relationship was objected by the petitioner and against her wish marriage preparation was also made, therefore she had left the home and joined with the said Ashok Raj. Further the daughter of the petitioner had contacted the Inspector of Police/second respondent through her mobile number 8189803849 and gave details about her parents and her family members and about registration of the case and also confirms that she is a major and she had left the home on her own and married the said Ashok Raj. Further she has also sent the marriage certificate to the Inspector of Police through phone.
