ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide duty as Driver.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondents.
3. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner in all fairness would submit that the petitioner has been provided with duty.
4. In such view of the above factual position, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is eligible to get any dues, they are at liberty to approach the authority concerned.
