ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “Directing the 1st Respondents to consider the petitioners online application dated 06.09.2024 to issue LR certificate in application No. TN 7202409061430.”
2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that, though she submitted an online application seeking issuance of a Legal Heir Certificate as early as on 06.09.2024, the same has not been considered by the respondents to date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application had been considered and an order dated 31.10.2026 had been passed rejecting the application on the ground that the necessary documents had not been submitted.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's application has already been considered and rejected by the respondents vide order dated 31.10.2026, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the
