PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st Respondent’s Certificate of Extract from the Town Survey Land Register dated 07.02.2018 effecting changes in respect of Survey No.2981/2, 2981/3 & 2981/4 in Pudupattinam Village Ward No.6, Block No.74, Thanjavur Town and Thanjavur District and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the Joint Patta in Patta No. 4259 effected as per 1st respondent’s patta proceedings in Tho.Mu.Ma.(2)2335/2003 Aa3, dated 15.09.2003.
