PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the seizure memo in Form II dated 04.10.2018 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal insofar detaining 300 bags of unprocessed raw corn inside the petitioner's flour mill at Door No.489, Manthoppu, Madurai and consequently direct the respondents to release the 300 bags of unprocessed raw corn.

ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the second respondent releasing unprocessed raw corn that had been seized earlier.
