PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned demand issued by the 5th respondent dated 22.01.2026 and quash the same as illegal, and consequently direct the respondents to refund the excess tax collected from the Petitioners Dhan Foundation and to initiate appropriate action against the 5th respondent for demanding excess tax within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, on the ground that the present Writ Petition has been filed leaving some vital facts. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with all necessary documents. No costs.
