ORDER

An online order rejecting the petitioner's request for a legal heir certificate is challenged in this Writ Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order merely records that some of the legal heirs of the deceased were omitted. In the absence of any further particulars, he submits that the order is unsustainable.

3. Accepting notice for all the respondents, Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Special Government Pleader, refers to the FIR in Crime No.273 of 2026. He points out that it is recorded therein that the deceased was married with children. Because the petitioner failed to disclose the details of all legal heirs, he submits that the request was rejected.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, it is noticeable that said order merely records that some of the legal heirs' details were omitted as per the report of the Village Administrative Officer and the Revenue Inspector. Since the order contains no further particulars, reconsideration is __________
