ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the impugned refusal check slip issued by the first respondent, dated 15.10.2026 and to direct the 1st respondent to register the sale deed dated 15.10.2026 executed by the petitioner in relation to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. From the perusal of the impugned order, it is revealed that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.34855 of 2025, instead of presenting the very same document, a fresh document had been presented and the claimant was a different person than the one who was a claimant in the document which was earlier presented for registration in which refusal check slip had been issued and interfered with by this Court. Hence, this Court finds that the petitioner ought to have registered online afresh and since he is seeking to present fresh document, this Court do not find any infirmity in the impugned order of

WP(MD) No. 31022 of 2026 refusal.

4. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make a fresh online registration for presenting the new document and on such re-presentation, if it is otherwise in order, the first respondent shall proceed for registration of the same. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02-11-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No cmr To
