ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R. SWAMINATHAN J.) Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner has come before this Court even at the stage of notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. Challenge at this stage will be maintainable only under certain circumstances. Those circumstances are absent in this case. The petitioner has to respond to the notice and workout his rights in the manner known to law. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
