PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to impugned refusal check slip vide Refusal Check Slip No. RFL/ 1 No.Joint Sub Registrar Karaikudi/ Book 2/3 dated 31.05.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner’s General Power of Attorney dated 28.05.2024, presented for registration in respect of Survey Nos.652/2 and 690/1, Kottaiyur Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

ORDER
