The petitioner, a Senior Revenue Inspector working in the Special Tahsildar Office, Sivagangai has approached this Court, seeking a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings, which was initiated as against him in the year 2020, in a time-bound manner.
2. Today(02.11.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring to G.O(2D) No.735, Revenue and Disaster Management 2(3) Department, dated 30.10.2026 submits that the disciplinary proceedings has been concluded and final order has __________
