2. The case set up by the petitioner is that he is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at Government Primary School, Danthal, Tehsil Sangrah, District Sirmaur; That he is serving in the aforesaid school ever since 31.01.2017, that is, for more than nine years. On account of his long tenure at the aforesaid school and in view of

adverse family circumstances faced by the petitioner, he has preferred a representation on 30.10.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No. 2, seeking his transfer, but the same has not been considered and decided till date.
3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within six weeks, in accordance with law and keeping in view the applicable transfer policy . The decision so taken be also communicated to the petitioner.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
