Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 03.11.2026, wherein, it has been stated as under:- “It is submitted that in compliance to the orders passed by the Hon’ble Court on 08.10.2026 & 27.10.2026, the arrear amounting to Rs. 6,69,500/- (Six Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Only) w.e.f. 10.04.2025 to 30.09.2026 has been paid to the petitioner on 31.10.2026. The copy of payee miscellaneous payment report of the arrear is enclosed as Annexure-A. It is further submitted that the revised stipend for the month of October, 2026 @ Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Only) has 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is closed and disposed of.
3. It goes without saying that the respondents shall keep on paying the revised stipend to the petitioner regularly in future on or before 7th day of each month. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
