Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 03.11.2026 issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid instructions reveals that the budget so received has been allocated to the concerned DDOs/Principals for further disbursement to the petitioners on 28.10.2026 and the amount will be credited shortly in the accounts of the petitioners.
3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment

dated 22.04.2024, passed in CWP No.180 of 2024, titled, Pardeep Kumar & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the amount is not remitted in the accounts of the petitioners within two weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
