Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that in compliance with the direction given in the judgment, which is sought to be executed by way of present petition, the competent authority has passed an order and the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected.

petitioner has been decided, the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has duly been complied with and as such the execution petition is disposed of as having been fully satisfied. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid office order, he may avail an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
