For the Respondents: Mr. Rajat Choudhry, Assistant Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge
Petitioner feels aggrieved against order dated 24.10.2026 (Annexure P-3) issued by the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rajgarh Forest Division, transferring the petitioner, a Class-IV employee (Chowkidar), from Rest House Rajgarh to Rest House Narag in District Sirmour. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not only a Class-IV employee, but is left with about one year and five months of service

2 before his superannuation, therefore, he should not be transferred at this stage.
2. Admittedly, ever since 2001, petitioner has remained posted only at Rajgarh, though in different offices. In about 26 years, it is for the first time that he has been transferred, that too, on temporary basis from Rest House Rajgarh to Rest House Narag on administrative grounds.
Keeping in view petitioner’s incumbency and his stay at Rajgarh for over 25 years, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned office order. The writ petition, therefore, lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
