IA 1483/2026 ( Substitution), IA 1041/2026 (Amendment) & IA 553/2026 (Waiver) : IA 1483/2026 has been filed for substitution of M/s. Cosmos Co-operative Bank Limited, Pune (Maharashtra) as the respondent in the place of M/s. National Co- operative Bank Limited, Bengaluru. This substitution is necessitated for the reason that M/s. National Co-operative Bank Limited, Bengaluru (Karnataka) got merged with M/s. Cosmos Co-operative Bank Limited, Pune (Maharashtra). Therefore, this Tribunal allowed the IA 1483/2026 (substitution petition) & IA1041/2026 (amendment petition) Petitioner is directed to make appropriate amendment in the cause title and file amended appeal memorandum. Post the matter (waiver application) on 25.11.2026.
