The circular dated 15.07.2026 issued by this Tribunal for making pre-deposit of 25% of the debt mentioned in the notice issued under Section 13 (2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act or the amount determined by the DRT has been stayed by the Hon’ble High Court of Madras in WP No. 34863/2026 & WMP No.38521/2026. Therefore, post this matter on 14.12.2026 for enquiry in the waiver application. Failing to appear would result in passing consequential orders.
