For Applicant(s) Advocate : MEGHA RANI AGARWAL

For Respondent(s) Advocate : M VENKANNA Order of The Tribunal MA/200/2026 has been filed by the respondents seeking extension of time for implementation of the order of this Tribunal. During the course of arguments, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the operation of the order of this Tribunal has been suspended by the Hon’ble High Court in Writ Petition No. 17997 of 2026, which has been extended from time to time, the last such extension being vide order dated 29.09.2026. On instructions, learned Counsel submitted that, since no contempt application is pending, the question of seeking extension of time on account of the pendency of the Writ Petition and the interim order operating therein does not arise.
