1. The matter has been remanded by the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana in Writ Petition No. 25151 of 2026 vide order dated 28.10.2026, which reads as under: “17. Hence, we are inclined to allow the Writ Petition and set aside the impugned order dated 30.04.2026. The matter is remanded to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The Tribunal is directed to list the proposed new OA and pass a reasoned order thereon.”
2. In view of the above, issue notice to the official respondents.
3. The Registry is directed to assign an appropriate number to the O.A.
4. List the case on 06.01.2027 for completion of pleadings before the Registrar’s Court.
