Anand Kumar, Director, DGAOA for Respondent No. 3 is present before the Bench and submits that Writ Petition No. 23868/2026 filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka challenging the order passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 368/2022 dated 23.11.2023 has been rejected vide order dated 28.10.2026, accordingly submits that the order passed by this Tribunal will be implemented and time is required to implement the order as the matter has to be routed through the Ministry of Law and Justice and the Secretary Defence Production. Hence, seeks time. In view of the aforesaid submissions, due to non-availability of the Division Bench, the matter is adjourned. List the matter on 21.12.2026.
