CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 2 M.A./155/2026 (BANGALORE) [ CONDONATION OF DELAY ] In O.A./101/2026 COMPASSIONATE APPOINTMENT Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 04/11/2026 RAGHAVENDRA Vs SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY AND OTHERS

For Applicant(s) Advocate : None on behalf of the applicant For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Sayed S. Kazi represents Shri N. Amaresh Order of The Tribunal None on behalf of the applicant. Proxy counsel Shri Sayed S. Kazi on behalf of arguing counsel Shri N. Amaresh for the respondents. When the matter was called in the first round, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant and the matter was passed over. In the revised call also, no one appeared for the applicant. Furthermore, it is seen that no one appeared on behalf of the applicant on 12.10.2026, 28.10.2026 and again today. It is also seen that the counsel for the applicant was granted time to file the rejoinder on 04.09.2026, 12.10.2026 and again on 28.10.2026, which has not been carried out till now. Only in the interest of justice, one final opportunity was given to the counsel for applicant on the last occasion. In view of the continuous absence of the counsel for the applicant and also failure to file the rejoinder despite several opportunities provided, it appears that applicant is not interested to argue the case.

Hence, MA No. 155/2026 as well as OA No. 101/2026 are dismissed in default.
