Miscellaneous Application No. 1599 of 2026 The instant M.A. has been filed by the applicants seeking permission of this Tribunal to join in and pursue O.A. No. 1504 of 2026 together. For the reasons stated therein, the M.A. is allowed. Original Application Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the grievance of the applicants is that private respondents No. 4 to 10, who are juniors to the applicants have been promoted as Technician-II vide order dated 11.07.2024. He further submitted that for redressal of their grievance, the applicants submitted representations dated 22.08.2026 and 09.09.2026, however, no decision has been taken on the same uptil now.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that this O.A. may be disposed of with direction to respondents to consider representations dated 22.08.2026 and 09.09.2026 and treat this O.A. as supplementary representation and decide the same within a time frame.
3. Mr. Hunar Gupta, learned D.A.G. appearing on behalf of the respondents, on advance notice, prays for sometime to file reply.
4. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, we are of the considered view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this O.A. pending and same can be disposed of.

5. Accordingly, this O.A. is disposed of at, at the admission stage itself, without entering into the merits of the case, with direction to respondents to consider representations dated 22.08.2026 and 09.09.2026 submitted by the applicants and treat this O.A. as supplementary representation and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order be also communicated to the applicants.
6. There shall be no orders so as to costs.
