Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the pleadings in the main matter stand completed and that the matter, which has been pending since 2019, is presently fixed for 19.02.2027 for the appearance of the petitioners. He further submits that the applicants, who have been working as daily wagers since 1998, are facing hardship due to the prolonged pendency of the matter and, accordingly, seeks an early date of hearing. Heard. In view of the grounds urged in the M.A. and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, particularly the prolonged pendency of the matter, we find sufficient grounds to allow the present application. Accordingly, M.A. No. 1469/2026 is allowed. The date of hearing in the main T.A./1882/2021 is preponed from 19.02.2027 to 29.12.2026 for arguments.
