Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the pleadings in the main matter stand completed and the matter was already included in the ready list for arguments vide order dated 30.01.2026. He further submits that the matter was adjourned to 02.02.2027 vide order dated 12.10.2026 due to the non-availability of the Division Bench and seeks preponement of the date of hearing. Heard. In view of the grounds urged in the M.A. and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, coupled with the fact that the pleadings in the main matter stand completed, we find sufficient grounds to allow the present application. Accordingly, M.A. No. 1463/2026 is allowed. The date of hearing in the main T.A. is preponed from 02.02.2027 to 22.12.2026 for arguments.
