SYED MUSAIB - DAG & MUBASHIR MALIK Order of The Tribunal Matter came up for consideration today and during the course of arguments, Mr. Musaib, learned DAG, referred to a communication bearing No. IC-Lgl/7/2025-02 dated 27-10-2026, addressed by the Senior Law Officer, Industries and Commerce Department, J&K, to the Managing Director, J&K Handicrafts Corp., Srinagar, for settling the case of the petitioner in the light of Committee's recommendations, applicable rules and regulations, relevant service records and the principle of parity with similarly placed employees, by passing a reasoned and speaking order through the competent authority.
In the above backdrop, we grant two weeks' time to the respondents to comply with the direction of the court in its leter and spirit and in the light of communication dated 27-10-2026, referred to above.
