1. The applicant has filed the instant M.A./1476/2026 seeking withdrawal of the O.A./1011/2026 stating therein that the applicant would file the matter before the appropriate forum.
2. In view of the submissions made coupled with the averments made in the M.A., prayer is allowed.
3. The O.A./1011/2026 is allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to the applicant to file afresh before the appropriate legal forum.
