When the matter was taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the Lakshadweep Administration submitted that a public interest litigation at the instance of a Doctor is pending before the Hon'ble High Court. We are not sure whether the Hon'ble High Court has apprised that the recruitment process for engaging doctors were initiated, processed and was at the last stage of issuance of appointment orders. We find that the applicant herein had approached this Tribunal requesting for an expeditious completion of the selection process. In the light of the pendency of the above proceedings pending before the Hon'ble High Court, we are inclined to remove the matter from the disposal list and posted to 30.12.2026 for final hearing.
