ORAL ORDER

Per : Mr. Shri Krishna, Member (A)

The Contempt Petitioner has filed the Contempt Petition for non-compliance of judgement of the Tribunal passed in OA No.670/2022 dated 06.09.2022. However, later on, the respondents have filed Review Application No.13/2025 which was allowed vide order dated 09.09.2026 passed by this Tribunal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents Shri Rajpurohit submits that since the Review Application of the respondents has been allowed, therefore, the original order is no more in existence. Therefore, the Contempt Petition does not survive.

3. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Notices are discharged.
