ORAL ORDER

MA No. 422/2026 for condonation of delay has been filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of approx. 545 days in filing the OA. In view of the reasons stated in MA for condonation of Rashmi delay, delay is condoned. MA No. 422/2026 stands disposed of. Office is directed to register the OA.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similar issue has been decided by this Bench in OA No. 485/2013 which has been confirmed by the Bombay High Court in Writ Petition No. 1803 of 2021 dated 09th November, 2022.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that representation of the applicant pending with respondents be decided in the light of the judgment of the Bombay High Court in WP No. 1803/2021 (Union of India & Ors. vs. Ranjeet Kumar Chaturvedi & Ors.). Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the same.
3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to decide the representation of the applicant dated 26th September, 2023 in the light of the judgment of Bombay High Court in WP No. 1803/2021 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
