ORDER
This application has been filed by the applicant under Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 for (i) quashing impugned letter dated 04.09.2026 (Annexure A-5) and (ii) direction to the respondents to grant Special Family Pension to him instead of Ordinary Family Pension from 27.02.2005 and release Ex-gratia amount to the tune of Rs. 5.00 lacs per MOD letter dated 03.08.1999.
