ORDER

The applicant has filed this Original Application for grant of family pension from next date of death of her husband i.e. 20.02.2026 for life. Her husband was issued a PPO dated 28.11.2025 ( Annexure A-3) and was pensioner on the date of his death. However, applicant’s name and other details were not mentioned in the PPO, Hence, the family pension was not sanctioned to her. The applicant, thereafter, filed a complaint before CPGRAM on 05.05.2026 ( Annexure A-5). The same was replied by Records, Rajput Regiment on 05.06.2026 ( Annexure A-6) informing the applicant that her name has not been found recorded in the service record of late soldier. Accordingly, they have advised the applicant to approach the concerned Zila Sainik Board for publication of marriage Part-II Order for further action for grant of family pension. The applicant has forwarded all these documents through Zila Sainik Board to Records, Rajput Regiment on 24.07.2026 ( Annexure A-7). However, a period of six months has not elapsed and the

-2- action may be underway at the Records, Rajput Regiment for publication of her marriage Part-II Order. Accordingly, the OA has to wait till expiry of six months.

List on 25.01.2027.
