ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the last date of hearing he was directed to place on record a copy of the Civil Suit that was filed in the lower court and subsequently he had placed on record a copy of the judgement of the Lower Court invoking res judicata. However, certified copy of the Civil suit would be required to ascertain ‘what were the facts of the case, what relief was claimed and which were the parties to the civil suit’. Hence, copy of original civil suit is required to be placed on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to place on record a copy of the civil suit, filed in the lower court. Four weeks’ time is granted to the applicant for the purpose.

List on 02.12.2026.
