ORDER

Arguments heard from both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to confirm from the Unit whether the Unit has received a copy of movement order dated 22.08.2026, which the applicant has put on record as Ann.A-9, vide which the Regimental Centre has directed the individual to report to concerned Unit Authority and in case of any difficulty, he will report to RTO/MP or if neither is available, to Station Master for assistance producing this movement order. The Unit authority is duty bound to do so being under the Army Act.

List on 29.10.2026.

In case no instructions received from the Unit, an appropriate order shall be passed.
