The applicant has filed this OA under Section 14 of AFT Act, 2007 praying for grant of pension for the rank of Naik (TS) as per Policy letter 09.02.2001 (Ann.A-4) w.e.f. 01.07.2000 for life after quashing impugned Policy/Order including letter dated 22.06.2026 (Ann.A-6). His case is covered by order dated 21.07.2026 passed in OA No.47/2019 titled as JWO Sham Lal Vs. UOI and Ors.
