Case of the petitioners, in a nut-shell, is that though they have been working for the last more than 15 years, however, their cases have not been considered for promotion to the post of Helper.
2. Case of the respondent-Board, precisely is that the post of Helper is not available in Rohru Circle. However, fact of the matter is that the cases of the petitioners are required to be looked into as per the instructions issued on 24th November, 2004 (Annexure A-14).
3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent-Board to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Helper from the feeder category of T.
