Petitioner was appointed on daily wage basis in the year 1989. He was regularized on 31.1.1990. Case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that his pay has not been correctly fixed. According to him, he was entitled to pay of Rs. 3150. However, he has been fixed at Rs. 3040/- vide Annexure A-6 dated 22.8.2003 with effect from 1.1.1996. 2 grievance to the competent authority vide Annexure A-7 dated 22.9.2003. The same has not been decided till date.
2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.9.2003 by passing a speaking order. Petitioner shall also be heard in person and for that purpose; he shall be notified the date. Needful be done within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
