The petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “That the respondents may be directed to allow the petitioner to be continue in the same post/same capacity under which he was working and the appointment of respondent No.5 dated 30.8.2010 may kindly be quashed and set-aside.”

2. It appears that the dispute between the petitioner and PTA Committee has to be resolved by the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi/Competent Authority, since he is the competent authority under the PTA Policy. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed as follows:-

In the event of the petitioner approaching the Deputy Commissioner Mandi, within a period of one month from today, the matter shall be duly considered by the said authority after affording an High Court of H.P. 2010:HHC:13000-DB ::: Downloaded on - 05/11/2026 12:04:47 :::CIS

2 opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents No. 4 and 5 and appropriate order in accordance with law shall be passed within another two months.

2. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of so also the pending application (s), if any. Dasti copy.
