The petitioners claim work charge status/regularization. Reliance is placed on the decision of this Court in Man Singh vs. State of H.P. & others, CWP No. 1594 of 2008, decided on 27th July, 2009.
2. The learned Deputy Advocate General, points out that the factual aspects are to be verified by the competent authority. In the event of the petitioners approaching the second respondent/competent authority, the second respondent will look into the matter, verify the facts and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, in the light also of the decision referred to above within a period of another four months. 2 this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the judgment referred to in this judgment before the second respondent.
