: Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that her case has not been considered for promotion to the post of Supervisor from the post of Anganwari Worker.
2. It has come in the reply that in fact, the case of the petitioner was considered, however, she did not qualify the written test. Consequently, since the petitioner has not qualified the written test, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
